Bing Luo, CPA
Hi, my name is Bing Luo. I am a Professor of Accounting and Taxiation at San Francisco State University since 2015. Before starting my accounting and tax practice, I spent more than a decade in the field of accounting to educate countless accounting and tax professionals over the years. While I enjoy helping students and young professionals succeed in their careers, I look forward to the opportunity to serving broadly in our community.
My goal is to provide the widest range of tax, accounting, payroll, and business services you are likely to need. I take pride in working with clients on a one-on-one basis and creating a warm atmosphere that puts you at ease even during your highest times of stress.
I have earned my MBA and Ph.D. degrees in accounting. I am an active CPA and the IRS registered tax preparer. Also, I am a member of the American Accounting Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Board of Accountancy.
